To complement our client›s design and engineering work we offer full Topographic Survey Services for all types of projects. These surveys are carried out by our expert land surveyors’ teams. Whose extensive experience includes all types of topographic surveys, setting out and computerized plotting and designing.

As-built Surveys

It is a survey conducted and shown on a drawing prepared and sealed by a Registered Surveyor and/or Engineer indicating information such as, but not limited to: actual dimensions, elevations, and locations of any structures and their components, roads or other infrastructure and facilities

Property Surveys (croqui)

At Abnia we can perform croqui or title surveys, so you could:

Depending on what City your site is located, propery surveys may differ as they have to comply with different way to get approval on the title survey (croqui). This is a survey also could identifies the existing buildings and improvements on a property. During the survey we determine the location of buildings on or adjacent to the land and any fences present.
